How do I change my password?
Once you have logged in to your account, click on your name at the top right of the page and on “Edit Security Settings”. You will be able to change your password.
My contact details have changed. How do I update them?
Your contact details are imported from ENT. To update them, go to your ENT profile and make the necessary changes. These will be automatically imported within 24 hours.

Yes, the IIL official sportswear is compulsory for all primary and secondary students attending PE lessons at IIL.

How can I collect my order?
We provide a “Click & Collect” system (no delivery). Once your order has been prepared, you will be notified by email. Orders can be collected from our shop located at Avenue Eugène-Lance 22, 1212 Grand-Lancy, during opening hours.
When can I collect my order?
Orders are generally ready to be picked up within 3 to 5 working days.
Once you have received confirmation by email that your order is ready, you can collect it from Monday to Friday during opening hours of the shop.

How to book a fitting appointment online?
- Click on “Appointment”
- Click on “Uniform fitting”
- Select a suitable date/time among the available choices and fill in the information required. If you are logged in to your account, this step will be automatically completed.
If the slots available are not convenient for you, you can book an appointment directly with our team by email at email@example.com.
How to cancel or reschedule a fitting appointment?
Go to your account and click on “Appointment”. Select the time slot concerned and click on “Cancel/Reschedule”.
If you wish to change the time or the day of your appointment, you will have to cancel it before booking a new one. This is a mandatory step.

We accept most credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Postcard Direct Debit).
How secure is the payment?
We take security very seriously and offer safe and reliable payment methods. When paying with a debit or credit card, the payment information will be automatically encrypted as per bank requirements.

How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange any items directly at the Shop during opening hours.
The item to be exchanged must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags still attached and must not have been worn or washed. IIL Shop reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
